A1. Data Collection & Use

- •Purpose: To list, produce, and sell your designs.
- •Sharing: Only shared with our production and fulfillment teams; never sold to third parties.
- •Retention: Stored as long as your designs are active or to comply with legal requirements.
A2. Copyright & Licensing
- •Ownership: You retain full copyright of your artwork.
- •License Options: Choose either a Non-Exclusive License or an Exclusive License.
- •Scope: Selected license grants us a worldwide right to reproduce, display, and sell.
- •Approval: We will not alter artwork without written consent.
- •Attribution: We credit you on product pages and marketing.
A3. Earnings & Reporting
- •Dashboard Access: View sales volume and earnings breakdown.
- •Payout Schedule: Monthly transfers (bank or KBZPay).
- •Removal: Request design removal anytime; 7-day processing.
A4. Complaints & Takedown
- •Third-Party Claims: Immediate notification and legal takedown procedures.
- •Dispute Resolution: Collaboration to resolve any infringement.
B. Policy for Customers

- •Information Collected: Name, shipping address, and payment details.
- •Purpose: Order fulfillment, payment processing, and support.
- •Sharing: Only with payment and shipping partners.
- •Retention: Kept for order history; deletion on request.
B2. Permitted Use of Designs
- •Personal Use Only: Purchased products are for your own enjoyment.
- •Prohibited Use: Do not reproduce, resell, or distribute.
